Announcement of Merger
We are pleased to announce that effective June 1, 2024, Willbe Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Tsushima, Aichi, President and CEO: Tetsuya Hirobe, “Willbe”) has merged Earth Power Products Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Tsushima, Aichi, President: Kousaku Matsubara, “Earth Power Products”). Willbe has succeeded all rights and obligations of Earth Power Products and become the surviving company, and Earth Power Products has been dissolved.
This merger will allow us to concentrate our efforts under the new structure and devote ourselves more than ever to the development of our business. We would appreciate your further guidance and encouragement.
